You have a plan and a vision for your wedding day. Now you need a rockstar team to give you some much needed peace of mind knowing your venue setup is in expert hands.

We are on site the day of wedding to set up and style your decor elements. Using your styling brief, we will collaborate with your venue and other decor suppliers to making sure your vision comes together seamlessly. We remain on-site until everything is arranged and return for breakdown and pickup at the end of the event or the following day.
  • An in-depth meetings with our Creative Director to get to know you, your wedding goals and styling needs.
  • A comprehensive styling brief highlighting mood, colour palette, installation concepts, invitations, signage, tableware, florals, photo backdrops and props.
  • 1 x site visit to each venue to coordinate layout and diagrams.
  • Comprehensive Day of Styling Plan outlining set up and breakdown logistics.
  • Collaborate with your venue regarding load in and load out details.
  • Ongoing guidance & honest support via email and phone.
  • Day of Styling Plan execution – set up of styling elements rented from AriLynn events and client’s personal items.
  • Manage load-in and end-of-the-night strike logistics of styled decor elements.
  • Provide venue with necessary license and insurances to execute styling brief. 
  • This package excludes the cost of our rentals.
  • We are happy to set up your personal stationery, signage, decor, keepsakes, and photos. Personal styling elements are due no later than 7 days prior to your wedding date and must be limited to a compact-size SUV trunk load.
  • At this time we do not set up decor rented from outside suppliers unless sourced by AriLynn Events directly to supplement our decor.
  • Extras delivery fees and labor costs may apply given event complexities and locations.

Full Inventory access –  $2,700

We take the reins on all the styling logistics that goes into your big day! Sourcing, managing and collaborating directly with all your decor suppliers (i.e florist, stationary, venue coordinator, catering, and photographer. We also direct and account for your styling budget to take another cumbersome need to do off your plate.
  • In-depth initial consultation with our Creative Director ensuring styling direction is fully planned out.
  • A comprehensive styling brief and guide highlighting mood, color palette, installation concepts, invitations, signage, tableware, florals, photo backdrops and props and vendor list.
  • 1 x site visit to each venue to coordinate layout and diagrams.
  • Graphic design styling guidance for all stationary (save the dates, invitations, place cards, menus, etc.)
  • 1 x review of full wedding timeline to maximize guest interactions and experience.
  • Checklist of guest friendly styling suggestions to spoil your guests with.
  • Escort card set up and seating card placements
  • Creation and management of styling budget.
  • Sourcing of all decor, styling vendors, and suppliers.
  • Complete liaison between the venue and all confirmed decor-related vendors and suppliers.
  • Attending any appointments with any booked decor suppliers as needed/requested.
  • Comprehensive Day of Styling Plan outlining set up and breakdown logistics.
  • Ongoing guidance & honest support via email and phone.
  • Licensed and insured to execute styling brief.
  • Day of Styling Plan execution – set up of all styling elements including personal styling items.
  • Manage load-in and end-of-the-night strike logistics for all styling suppliers ensuring timely arrivals and departures.

  • For this package we will set up decor rented from outside suppliers, with the client covering all storage, cleaning, and return costs.
  • Complimentary use of our Classic Day of signage, table numbers, and choice of card box if available at the time of booking.

  • Master wedding production schedule creation and management as well as private itineraries for couple and wedding party.
  • Full planning and organization of your wedding details cross checking invoices, contracts, itineraries, seating and floor plans to ensure no detail is missed.
  • Licensed and insured to execute styling brief.
  • First team to wake up, Last to sleep on the day execution of master production schedule.
  • Task management so no one bothers you with pesky last minute questions.  
  • Day of coordination of pre/post wedding logistics, vendor arrival monitoring. bridal party organization, and guest experience management. 
  • Oversee load-in and end-of-the-night strike logistics for all suppliers ensuring timely arrivals and departures.

  • We are happy to set up your personal stationery, signage, purchased decor, keepsakes, and photos. Personal styling elements are due no later than 7 days prior to your wedding date or rush fees will apply and must be limited to a compact-size SUV trunk load.

  • We ask you have a $10,000 minimum styling budget for details such as stationery, floristry, cake, furniture, and props rentals. This ensures we have an adequate budget to source all items and suppliers required to achieve your desired look. This is not a requirement but a suggestion.
  • Includes 1 Senior Planner, 1/2 Assistant, 3 event design specialist
  • Up to 12 hours of styling coverage on the day

Our passion for styling like our events is approached with obsessive attention to detail, starting with two attentive styling consultations, we help conceptualize all decor and sensory styling elements of your wedding including tablescape ideation and digital mood board conceptualization Every bloom, linen, and even papeterie details are obsessed over into a highly personalized design brief so you trust the styling direction we are going.

  • Host personalized wedding website with digital invite to keep your guests informed and excited!
  • Hotel room block contract negotiation and management.
  • Advising on legal requirements in destination and assisting in filing any paperwork required for a civil ceremony.
  • Creation and management of master wedding budget, including reviewing of all contracts and negotiating rates when required.
  • Venue scouting and sourcing of all vendors and suppliers (photographer, videographer, celebrant, hair, cake, makeup, transport, entertainment, etc) based on clients requirements, budget, and style.
  • Chief liaison between the venue and all confirmed vendors, and suppliers.

  • Master wedding production schedule creation and management as well as private itineraries for couple and wedding party.

Through ongoing email/phone support, vendor task management, site visits, contracts, and budget reviews we coordinate with you and event partners to build out a logistical masterpiece that is your bespoke day of the wedding schedule.

Oh, Happy Day! Our team manages everything from vendor load-in, schedule adherence, behind-the-scenes task management, and end-of-the-night strike. Our only ask of you is to mindfully connect and be present for this will be the most incredible day of your life!
