We then host a 1-hour styling consultation to discuss the rental order and your styling direction. Includes one visit to your venue ( if applicable ) to cover floor plan details and confirm the placement of elements.

We partner with your wedding planner or venue coordinator regarding setup and breakdown logistics.

We arrive on the day of the wedding and perfectly style the decor pieces you picked according to your design brief returning at the end of the event to breakdown.

  • We are happy to set up your personal stationery, signage, decor, keepsakes, and photos. Personal styling elements are due no later than 7 days prior to your wedding date and must be limited to a compact-size SUV trunk load.

Through ongoing email/phone support, vendor task management, site visits, contracts, and budget reviews we coordinate with you and event partners to build out a logistical masterpiece that is your bespoke day of the wedding schedule.

Oh, Happy Day! Our team manages everything from vendor load-in, schedule adherence, behind-the-scenes task management, and end-of-the-night strike. Our only ask of you is to mindfully connect and be present for this will be the most incredible day of your life!
