You have a plan and a vision for your wedding day. Now you need a rockstar team to ensures you can relax knowing your venue setup is in expert hands. We are on site the day of event to set up and style your decor elements. Using your styling brief, we will collaborate your venue and other decor vendors making sure it come together seamlessly.We remain on-site until everything is arranged and return for breakdown and pickup at the end of the event or the following day.

We then host a 1-hour styling consultation to discuss your styling direction and styling brief. Includes one visit to your venue ( if applicable ) to cover floor plan details and confirm the placement of elements.

We arrive on the day of the wedding and perfectly style the decor pieces you picked according to your design brief returning at the end of the event to breakdown.

  • We are happy to set up your personal stationery, signage, decor, keepsakes, and photos. Personal styling elements are due no later than 7 days prior to your wedding date and must be limited to a compact-size SUV trunk load.

We take the reins on all the styling logistics that goes into your big day! Sourcing, managing and collaborating directly with all your decor suppliers (i.e florist, stationary, venue coordinator, and photography. We also direct and your styling budget, so you don’t have to.

Combining our mastery of logistics, styling, and event management, we ideate, conceptualize, curate, orchestrate, and polish every facet of your wedding from inception to completion. A wedding, whether it’s a quiet civil ceremony or a pull-out-all-the-stops extravaganza, requires equal parts creativity, planning, diplomacy and nerve. And we have them all!!

  • We ask you have a $10,000 minimum styling budget for details such as stationery, floristry, cake, furniture, and props rentals. This ensures we have an adequate budget to source all items and suppliers required to achieve your desired look.

Our passion for styling like our events is approached with obsessive attention to detail, starting with two attentive styling consultations, we help conceptualize all decor and sensory styling elements of your wedding including tablescape ideation and digital mood board conceptualization Every bloom, linen, and even papeterie details are obsessed over into a highly personalized design brief so you trust the styling direction we are going.

As wonderful at planning weddings and celebrations as we are, no greater measure of success for us is our ability to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for our clients and their guests. We jump in and take over RSVP management, organize excursions, and serve as travel concierge for the bridal party and immediate family members.

Immediately we jump in to assist with sourcing, negotiating, contracting, and securing the best talent reflective of your style, vision, and budget goals. ( we know who has what!). Through ongoing email/phone support, vendor task management, site visits, contracts, and budget reviews we coordinate with you and event partners to build out a logistical masterpiece that is your bespoke day of the wedding schedule.

Oh, Happy Day! Our team manages everything from vendor load-in, schedule adherence, behind-the-scenes task management, and end-of-the-night strike. Our only ask of you is to mindfully connect and be present for this will be the most incredible day of your life!
