You have a plan and a vision. Now you need a rockstar team to ensures you can relax knowing your venue setup is in expert hands. We are on site the day of event to set up and style your decor elements. Using your styling brief, we will collaborate your venue and other decor vendors making sure it come together seamlessly.We remain on-site until everything is arranged and return for breakdown and pickup at the end of the event or the following day.
- An in-depth meetings with our Creative Director to get to know you, your event goals and styling needs.
- A comprehensive styling brief highlighting mood, colour palette, installation concepts, invitations, signage, tableware, florals, photo backdrops and props.
- 1 x site visit to your venue to coordinate layout and diagrams.
- Comprehensive Day of Styling Plan outlining set up and breakdown logistics.
- Collaborate with your venue regarding load in and load out details.
- Ongoing guidance & honest support via email and phone.
- Day of Styling Plan execution – set up of styling elements rented from AriLynn events and client’s personal items.
- Manage load-in and end-of-the-night strike logistics of styled decor elements.
- Provide venue with necessary license and insurances to execute styling brief.
- This package excludes the cost of our rentals.
- We are happy to set up your personal stationery, signage, decor, keepsakes, and photos. Personal styling elements are due no later than 7 days prior to your wedding date and must be limited to a compact-size SUV trunk load.
- At this time we do not set up decor rented from outside suppliers unless sourced by AriLynn Events directly to supplement our decor.

Combining our mastery of logistics, styling, and event management, we guarantee a seamless alignment of your wishes. As conductors of your wedding, we oversee the fusion of every aspect to craft a polished and captivating experience.
- In-depth initial consultation with our Creative Director ensuring styling direction is fully planned out.
- A comprehensive styling brief and guide highlighting mood, color palette, installation concepts, invitations, signage, tableware, florals, photo backdrops and props and vendor list.
- 1 x site visit to each venue to coordinate layout and diagrams.
- Graphic design styling guidance for all stationary (save the dates, invitations, place cards, menus, etc.)
- Escort card setup and seating card placement.
- Checklist of guest friendly styling suggestions to spoil your guests with.
- Creation and management of styling budget.
- Sourcing of all decor, styling vendors, and suppliers.
- Complete liaison between the venue and all confirmed decor-related vendors and suppliers.
- Attending any appointments with any booked decor suppliers as needed/requested.
- Comprehensive Day of Styling Plan outlining set up and breakdown logistics.
- Ongoing guidance & honest support via email and phone.
- Licensed and insured to execute styling brief.
- Day of Styling Plan execution – set up of all styling elements including personal styling items.
- Manage load-in and end-of-the-night strike logistics for all styling suppliers ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
- Manage breakdown logistics at the end of the night.
- This package excludes the cost of our rentals.
- We are happy to set up your personal stationery, signage, purchased decor, keepsakes, and photos. Personal styling elements are due no later than 7 days prior to your wedding date or rush fees will apply and must be limited to a compact-size SUV trunk load.
- For this package we will set up decor rented from outside suppliers, with the client covering all storage, cleaning, and return costs.
- Complimentary use of our Classic Day of signage, table numbers, and choice of card box if available at the time of booking.

- Includes (1) Senior stylist and (3) event design specialists.
- Extras delivery fees and labor costs may apply given event complexities and locations.
