Rental Terms + Conditions
Nonrefundable Retainer: A 50% non-refundable retainer fee is required for all reserved rental orders and bookings. This fee is non-refundable.
Minimum Rental Order: Our minimum order amount is $100.00. Additional fees such as delivery, taxes, labor, and security deposits will be added to your invoice after your order has been submitted.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit (25% of the invoice amount), will be added to your quote and is required for all orders. (Minimum security bond is $100.00).
Rental Pick Up Details: All pick up orders have a rental period of 4 days, and can be picked up from our Hyde Park, Chicago Studios on Thursdays (return Monday) and Fridays ( return Tuesday) from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Rental Delivery and Collection Details: Delivery and Collection fees are quoted based on the event address, mileage, tolls, and timetables. Our minimum delivery and/or collection fees are $50.00. Other additional charges may apply for after midnight collections, Sunday deliveries and/or collections, and failed deliveries and/or collections that need to be rescheduled.
Cancellation Policy: In the event that a confirmed quote/order should be canceled, we require formal written notice advising of the cancellation. The following cancellation terms apply to all bookings:
- Cancellations more than 30 days prior to the event date a cancellation fee of the non-refundable retainer will apply.
- Cancellations 29-14 days prior to the event, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total quote/order will apply.
- Cancellations within 13 days of the event, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total quote/order will apply. No refunds will be offered or can be requested at this point.
