Brass + Glass Lanterns


Our brass + glass lanterns have many uses at weddings and special events alike. Use to decorate entryways, centerpieces, wedding aisle, and styled vignettes. It’s all up to your imagination and we’d love to dream up new ideas for them.

Rental Terms + Conditions

Nonrefundable Retainer: A 50% non-refundable retainer fee is required for all reserved rental orders and bookings. This fee is non-refundable.

Minimum Rental Order: Our minimum order amount is $100.00. Additional fees such as delivery, taxes, labor, and security deposits will be added to your invoice after your order has been submitted.

Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit (25% of the invoice amount), will be added to your quote and is required for all orders. (Minimum security bond is $100.00).

Rental Pick Up Details:  All pick-up orders have a rental period of 4 days, and can be picked up from our Hyde Park, Chicago Studios on Thursdays (return Monday) and Fridays ( return Tuesday) from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Rental Delivery and Collection Details: Delivery and Collection fees are quoted based on the event address, mileage, tolls, and timetables. Our minimum delivery and/or collection fees are $50.00. Other additional charges may apply for after midnight collections, Sunday deliveries and/or collections, and failed deliveries and/or collections that need to be rescheduled.

Cancellation Policy: In the event that a confirmed quote/order should be canceled, we require formal written notice advising of the cancellation. The following cancellation terms apply to all bookings:

  • Cancellations more than 30 days prior to the event date a cancellation fee of the non-refundable retainer will apply.
  • Cancellations 29-14 days prior to the event, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total quote/order will apply.
  • Cancellations within 13 days of the event, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total quote/order will apply. No refunds will be offered or can be requested at this point.
