At AriLynn Events, we bring a modern, minimalist approach to event styling and décor rentals in DMV & Chicago. Our goal is to create beautifully cohesive experiences that feel elevated yet effortless — allowing you to focus on celebrating while we handle every visual detail.
From concept to completion, we design cohesive, intentionally curated spaces for weddings, corporate events, brand activations, and private celebrations, blending minimalist luxury with precise, stress-free execution.
Combining our mastery of logistics, styling, and event management, we ideate, conceptualize, curate, orchestrate, and polish every facet of your Weddings & engagement celebrations, Social gatherings & editorial shoots, Micro-weddings & intimate celebrations from inception to completion.
We’re a pull-out-all-the-stops extravaganza kinda people, and that requires equal parts creativity, planning, diplomacy and nerve. And we have them all!!
Begin with an in-depth consultation with our Creative Director to refine your vision and styling direction. You’ll receive a detailed styling brief outlining your mood, color palette, key installations, invitations, signage, tableware, florals, backdrops, and curated vendor recommendations.
Includes up to two on-site/virtual visit to your venue(s) to finalize layouts and design diagrams. Additional travel expenses may be incurred for increased distances or required visits.
Receive expert graphic design guidance for all stationery, including save-the-dates, invitations, place cards, and menus. We’ll review your full wedding timeline to ensure every moment delights your guests and provides a seamless experience.
You’ll also receive a curated checklist of guest-friendly styling touches, a personalized wedding website with digital invites to keep everyone informed and excited, and management of hotel room blocks, including contract negotiation.
We’ll create and manage your master wedding budget, reviewing contracts and negotiating rates when needed. Our team will source and coordinate all vendors — from photographers and videographers to florals, entertainment, and transportation — tailored to your style, needs, and budget.
Acting as the chief liaison between you, your venue, and all confirmed vendors, we attend appointments as needed and oversee every detail. We’ll craft a master production schedule and private itineraries for you and your wedding party, while managing contracts, invoices, seating, and floor plans to ensure nothing is overlooked.
Our team is fully licensed and insured to bring your styling brief to life seamlessly.
Our team is first to rise and last to rest on your wedding day, executing your master production schedule with precision. We manage tasks so you can enjoy the day without last-minute interruptions.
We coordinate all pre- and post-wedding logistics, monitor vendor arrivals, organize the bridal party, and ensure a seamless guest experience. We also oversee load-in and end-of-night strike for all suppliers, guaranteeing timely arrivals and departures.
This package excludes the cost of our rentals.
Our team will thoughtfully style your personal stationery, signage, purchased décor, keepsakes, and photos — adding those meaningful touches that make your day uniquely yours.
Personal styling items are due no later than 7 days before your wedding to avoid rush fees and must fit within one compact SUV trunk load. We’re also happy to set up décor from outside rental suppliers, with clients covering any related delivery, staffing, storage, cleaning, and return costs.
You’ll enjoy complimentary use of our day-of signage, table numbers, and card box (based on availability at booking).
Your wedding day will be supported by one Senior Planner, one Assistant, and three Event Design Specialists, with up to 12 hours of styling coverage. Additional delivery and labor fees may apply based on event complexity or location.
We ask you have a $10,000 minimum styling budget for details such as stationery, floristry, cake, furniture, and props rentals. This ensures we have an adequate budget to source all items and suppliers required to achieve your desired look. This is not a requirement but a suggestion.

We have over 10+ years of experience curating Corporate awards dinners and holiday parties, spring galas & brand activations, transportation, holiday parties, annual meeting and and appreciation events
Our styling process begins with an in-depth consultation, where we help conceptualize every décor and sensory detail of your celebration using our curated rental inventory. Includes one venue visit (if applicable) to review floor plans and confirm placement of all elements. Two full revisions and one partial revision are included; additional revisions are available at an hourly rate.
While we excel at planning every celebration, our greatest measure of success is creating a welcoming, comfortable environment for corporate clients and their guests. We focus on the details that matter — from room temperature and seamless wine service to guest engagement and uninterrupted entertainment — ensuring everyone can fully enjoy and remain present throughout the event.
We help source, negotiate, and secure the best décor-related talent 4–6 weeks before your event, tailored to your style, vision, and budget. We coordinate with your venue and vendors to manage setup and breakdown logistics, ensuring your styling unfolds exactly as planned.
Our team is first to rise and last to rest, executing your master production schedule with precision. We handle every task so you can enjoy the day uninterrupted, coordinating pre- and post-event logistics, vendor arrivals, and guest experience. On the day of the event, we style all design elements to perfection and return at the end of the night for breakdown and load-out, ensuring all suppliers arrive and depart on schedule.
This package excludes rental costs. We’ll set up décor from outside suppliers, with clients responsible for storage, cleaning, and returns. Complimentary table numbers are included.
Includes up to 8 hours of on-day styling coverage. Additional delivery or labor fees may apply depending on event complexity and location.
To ensure adequate design resources, we recommend a styling budget of $10,000, covering florals, printable, furniture, props, linens, and lighting. (This is a recommendation—not a requirement.)
