You have a plan and a vision. Now you need a rockstar team to ensures you can relax knowing your venue setup is in expert hands. We are on site the day of event to set up and style your decor elements. Using your styling brief, we will collaborate your venue and other decor vendors making sure it come together seamlessly.We remain on-site until everything is arranged and return for breakdown and pickup at the end of the event or the following day.
- An in-depth meetings with our Creative Director to get to know you, your event goals and styling needs.
- A comprehensive styling brief highlighting mood, colour palette, installation concepts, invitations, signage, tableware, florals, photo backdrops and props.
- 1 x site visit to your venue to coordinate layout and diagrams.
- Comprehensive Day of Styling Plan outlining set up and breakdown logistics.
- Collaborate with your venue regarding load in and load out details.
- Ongoing guidance & honest support via email and phone.
- Day of Styling Plan execution – set up of styling elements rented from AriLynn events and client’s personal items.
- Manage load-in and end-of-the-night strike logistics of styled decor elements.
- Provide venue with necessary license and insurances to execute styling brief.
- This package excludes the cost of our rentals.
- We are happy to set up your personal stationery, signage, decor, keepsakes, and photos. Personal styling elements are due no later than 7 days prior to your wedding date and must be limited to a compact-size SUV trunk load.
- At this time we do not set up decor rented from outside suppliers unless sourced by AriLynn Events directly to supplement our decor.

Combining our mastery of logistics, styling, and event management, we ideate, conceptualize, curate, orchestrate, and polish every facet of your wedding from inception to completion. A wedding, whether it’s a quiet civil ceremony or a pull-out-all-the-stops extravaganza, requires equal parts creativity, planning, diplomacy and nerve. And we have them all!!

- Creation and management of master wedding budget, including reviewing of all contracts and negotiating rates when required.
- Venue scouting and sourcing of all vendors and suppliers (photographer, videographer, celebrant, hair, cake, makeup, transport, entertainment, etc) based on clients requirements, budget, and style.
- Chief liaison between the venue and all confirmed vendors, and suppliers.
- Attending any appointments as required/needed with the venue and all confirmed suppliers.
- Master wedding production schedule creation and management as well as private itineraries for couple and wedding party.
- Full planning and organization of your wedding details cross checking invoices, contracts, itineraries, seating and floor plans to ensure no detail is missed.
- Licensed and insured to execute styling brief.
- Day of Styling Plan execution – set up of styling elements rented from AriLynn events and client’s personal items.

Our passion for styling and experience ideation is approached with obsessive attention to detail, starting with an attentive styling consultation, we help conceptualize all decor and sensory styling elements of your celebration utilizing our rental inventory. Includes one visit to your venue ( if applicable ) to cover floor plan details and confirm the placement of elements.
As wonderful at planning celebrations as we are, no greater measure of success for us is our ability to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for our clients and their guests. We understand that details such as observing room temperature swings, the efficiency of wine service during dinner, guests engagement, and continuous entertainment significantly contribute to the overall enjoyment of guests and their ability to stay present.
We assist with sourcing, negotiating, contracting, and securing the best decor-related talent 4 – 6 weeks prior to your event date, reflective of your style, vision, and budget goals. ( we know who has what!). We partner with your venue coordinator regarding setup and breakdown logistics. Working with your decor-related vendors as needed to ensure the styling is going in the direction you have planned.
- We arrive on the day of the event and perfectly style all your day of design elements, returning at the end of the event to break down.
- This package excludes the cost of our rentals.
- For this package we will set up decor rented from outside suppliers, with the client covering all storage, cleaning, and return costs.
- Complimentary use of table numbers
- We ask you have a $7,000 minimum styling budget for details such as stationery, floristry, printable, furniture, and props rentals. This ensures we have an adequate budget to source all items and suppliers required to achieve your desired look. This is not a requirement but a suggestion.
- Up to 8 hours of styling coverage on the day
