Our event setup and breakdown  services ensure your event looks intentional, runs smoothly, and feels elevated from start to finish.

You have a plan and a vision. Now you need a rockstar team to ensures you can relax knowing your venue setup is in expert hands. We are on site the day of event to set up and style your decor elements. Using your styling brief, we will collaborate your venue and other decor vendors making sure it come together seamlessly.We remain on-site until everything is arranged and return for breakdown and pickup at the end of the event or the following day.

  • An in-depth meetings with our Creative Director to get to know you, your event goals and styling needs.
  • A comprehensive Load In and Strike brief highlighting:
    • Tabletop décor placement (candles, vases, flatware, linens, accent pieces)

    • Ceremony installation and design-aligned layout support

    • Lounge installation & light furniture repositioning

    • Signage setup (welcome signs, escort displays, bar menus, table markers)

    • Fine detail styling & finishing touches

    • Vendor coordination for décor-related logistics ( additional)

    • A calm, organized presence throughout the install process

  • 1 x site visit to your venue to coordinate layout and diagrams.

Collaborate with your venue regarding load in and load out details.

  • Ongoing guidance & honest support via email and phone.
  • Load In and Strike Brief Execution – set up of all contracted styling elements.
  • Manage load-in and end-of-the-night strike logistics of contracted client provided decor elements.
  • Provide venue with necessary license and insurances to execute styling brief. 
  • This package excludes the cost of our rentals. 
  • We are happy to set up your personal stationery, signage, decor, keepsakes, and photos. Personal styling elements are due no later than 7 days prior to your wedding date and must be limited to a compact-size SUV trunk load. 
  • At this time we do not set up decor rented from outside suppliers unless sourced by AriLynn Events directly to supplement our decor.
