The Wedding
When every photo feels like a snapshot of pure happiness, you know the love is real — and Shannon and Guy’s wedding was exactly that. From their traditional ceremony at Saint Juliana Catholic Church to their beautifully lit reception at Galleria Marchetti, the day was filled with warmth, gratitude, and celebration.
Shannon initially found AriLynn Events while searching for elevated tabletop rentals and fell in love with our design-forward glass cylinder package. What began as a rental inquiry quickly evolved into a request for full tabletop styling and on-site setup — ensuring the reception space felt cohesive and intentional.
Our Role
For Shannon and Guy’s wedding, AriLynn Events served as the tablescape styling and rental partner, collaborating alongside their planning team to execute the reception design seamlessly.

Design Details & Intent
The ceremony at Saint Juliana Catholic Church was traditional and minimally styled, allowing the architecture and seasonal foliage to frame the moment beautifully.
For the reception at Galleria Marchetti, the goal was to amplify the venue’s gorgeous lighting and create an atmosphere that felt celebratory yet polished. The glass cylinder package layered candlelight across the tables, adding warmth and depth while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic.
Each table was styled with balance and proportion in mind — ensuring sightlines remained open for conversation while the glow of candlelight enhanced the intimacy of the room.
One of the couple’s most memorable moments was their grand entrance into the reception space, followed by pouring champagne down a champagne tower and toasting with their wedding party — a perfect reflection of the joy that defined the evening.

By managing the tabletop styling and execution, we ensured Shannon and Guy walked into a reception space that felt complete, cohesive, and beautifully prepared for their celebration.
