The Wedding
Sarah and Camron envisioned an intimate wedding celebration centered around connection, warmth, and intentional design. The goal was to create a candlelit dinner atmosphere that felt elevated yet personal — refined without feeling overproduced.
The tablescape design focused on layered candlelight, sculptural tabletop elements, and a restrained palette that allowed texture and glow to lead. Every detail was considered to ensure the space felt inviting, romantic, and beautifully cohesive from every angle.

For this event, AriLynn Events served as both tablescape designer and execution partner, ensuring the vision translated seamlessly from concept to event day.

Design Details & Intent
Candlelight played a central role in shaping the mood of the evening. Varying heights and densities of candles were layered intentionally across the table to create depth and rhythm without overwhelming the setting. Sculptural vessels and refined tabletop accents added visual interest while maintaining a clean, editorial feel.
The result was a tablescape that photographed beautifully but felt even better in person — warm, intimate, and thoughtfully composed. Every placement was guided by balance, proportion, and the way guests would experience the table throughout the evening.
The Experience
By managing both design and execution, we ensured Sarah and Camron were able to arrive to a fully styled space and enjoy their celebration without concern for logistics. Setup and breakdown were handled seamlessly, allowing the evening to unfold with ease and intention.
