FRANCESCA + MAX

An Intimate Catskills Mountain Celebration

The Wedding

Francesca and Max’s wedding unfolded as a celebration of intimacy, stillness, and quiet beauty — set against the sweeping landscapes of the Catskills Mountains.
Surrounded by wild grasses, open skies, and expansive natural scenery, the day embraced an atmosphere of effortless calm. The environment felt serene yet deeply expressive, where the vastness of the setting contrasted beautifully with the closeness of the gathering.
Layered within this tranquil setting was a ceremony rich with personal and cultural significance — honoring Jewish tradition through symbolism, intention, and family connection.

Our Role

Arilynn Events led the planning and coordination, guiding the experience with clarity, intention, and thoughtful structure.

Every logistical element was approached through the lens of simplicity and flow — ensuring the celebration felt natural, unforced, and emotionally grounded. Despite the geographic distance, our focus remained on creating a seamless and supportive planning experience defined by consistency and trust.

Design Details & Intent

The aesthetic embraced organic elegance, allowing the surrounding landscape and ceremonial elements to shape the visual narrative.
At the heart of the ceremony stood a handcrafted huppah, thoughtfully constructed by members of the family. More than a structural focal point, the huppah carried profound symbolic meaning — representing home, foundation, and the joining of lives.
Set against the open mountain backdrop, the simplicity of its form and the intimacy of its origin created a moment that felt both visually striking and deeply moving.
Muted tones, natural textures, and restrained floral compositions reinforced a mood of tranquility, warmth, and quiet sophistication.

The Experience

What distinguished this celebration most was its emotional clarity and sense of presence.
The ceremony, framed by expansive landscapes and anchored by the family-crafted huppah, embodied a powerful balance of stillness and meaning. Every element felt intentional, personal, and profoundly grounded.
With no traditional bridal party structure, the day fostered heightened intimacy, allowing Francesca and Max to remain fully immersed in their relationships and shared moments.
